Joinery Profiles — Splitrail Fixing for Removable Panels
Description

Stickman's Splitrail aluminium profile and glass filled nylon clip are suitable for fixing MDF, particle board (PB), plywood and almost any other type of panel to a wall. They create a strong joint between panel and wall, and the panel can be easily lifted off the wall for access to services behind. Ideal for hanging a visual piece or hiding services, great in places such as retail centres, restaurants, hotels, educational and health care facilities, and transport centres.

Panels are attached using Stickman's Splitrail and Splitrail Clips. Site assembly is quick and easy. Splitrail eliminates any visual fixing, and provides a strong joint between panel and wall.

Key Features
  • Provides a strong join between panel and wall
  • Panels can be removable to hide services or storage
  • Hidden fixing system means no visible screws or nails
  • A 'More Tolerance' profile is available for heavier panels
  • Standard lengths are 2.5m. Profiles can be cut and supplied to length for specific projects to minimise waste
  • Profiles can simply be measured and screwed onto the back of the panels and studs of the wall
  • Profiles are used with MDF, PB, PLY and other composite panel types that can be screwed into

Limitations on Use
  • Recommended for interior use
