Joinery Profiles — Panel Fixing System
Description

Stickman's extruded aluminium MCLN panel fixing system is used to protect and enhance joinery. Stickman's MCLN profiles provide panels with aesthetics, strength and protection. Suitable for MDF, particle board (PB), and plywood. They create a strong joint between panel and wall.

Panel corners and butt joins are machined with Stickman tooling. Site or factory assembly is precise and fast. Stickman adhesive eliminates the need for screws, and provides a strong bond for panel and profile.

Panels are joined using Stickman's MCLN profiles, which can also be screwed onto the wall. Site assembly is quick and easy, and because of the grooves in the panels MCLN profiles eliminate any visual fixing, and provides a strong joint between each panel and the wall.

Key Features
  • 3 different profiles for corners, butt joins and capping for tops and sides
  • The 3 different profiles can also be made as a wall fixed (WF) profile
  • Profiles available as anodised and can be powdercoated
  • Aluminium profile and grooved panels means there is a strong join between each panel
  • Use Stickman adhesive or other quality construction solvent free adhesives in assembly
  • Panels can be left unglued to become removable to hide services, or storage
  • Wall fixed profiles are attached by screwing into the wall studs behind — the profile design means none of the fixing is visible
  • Standard lengths are 5m. Profiles can be cut and supplied to length for specific projects to minimise waste
  • Profiles are used with MDF, PB, PLY and other composite panel types that can be machined and glued as if wooden
