60 Minute Fire-rated Door — Interior
Description

60-minute Interior doors have two options; Hung doors, or Double Acting (door swings both ways) both available as single leaf or pair. Doors are supplied as a complete interior fire, smoke and acoustic door set, including door leaf, door jamb, seals and, when requested, appropriate hardware.

To achieve fire rating, fire doors must be self-closing and self-latching. Hardware must be selected from the approved hardware list.

Doors come factory sealer coated as standard, ready for priming and painting, and can also be supplied unsealed with a specified overlay (wood veneer, laminate, vinyl or metal). Inlay panels can also be affixed on request, to suit heritage buildings. There are also options for glazing panels, and overhead or sidelights.

Refer to datasheets for door thickness and leaf sizes.

Due to their solid core NZFD fire doors can achieve up to STC 34 (acoustic rating) if installed with appropriate perimeter seals.
