Manufactured in New Zealand from 100% recycled polypropylene using clean solar energy, the 300mm clear opening Commercial Channel offers a environmentally conscious solution for large-capacity surface water drainage.

Available in one-meter lengths the Commercial Channel trench drain offers a range of grate options to suit a variety of applications. The 300mm clear opening provides excellent catchment and the 150mm depth provides optimal performance while minimising the labour component of excavation.

Using recycled polypropylene enables Allproof to manufacture a high-capacity trench drain that is lightweight and easy to assemble on site. The channel is designed to gain its strength from the surrounding concrete. The lightweight design improves the installation experience and reduces install time, breakages, costs and embodied carbon through logistics, all without compromising on strength.

The clip and connect joins improve the assembly and provide excellent channel alignment for a premium result. The stainless or galvanised strip drain edge rails provide a clean and durable surface for the external surface to be finished up against.

The 300mm Commercial Channel trench drain is compatible with the levelling clip and foot which can be selected as an option to further improve the installation process. The levelling clip attaches to the sides of the channel using a threaded rod to set the height of the channel in an excavated trench.

Scope of Use

The Allproof CC300 commercial linear channel drain is a medium duty high-capacity solution for external stormwater and surface water drainage. It has been designed for installation in concrete, pavers or epoxy finished floors. The trench drain gains its strength from the surrounding concrete, the 100% recycled polypropene creates an easy to handle and install system. The grates include black plastic, heelproof cast iron and 316 stainless steel wedge wire.

This system is ideal for urban pedestrianised areas, all the grates are heelproof and the 316 SS wedge wire has an R11 slip resistance rating. These features also make it an excellent option for educational facilities.

The cast iron grate is load class rated up to a classification of D allowing this versatile strip drain to also be used in loading bays, car parks and other commercial applications requiring a durable drainage solution.

Limitations on Use

An excellent option for commercial surface water drainage. Combines well with matching and complimentary grate systems with Allproof’s other surface water systems including level threshold, provides continuity and consistency on projects.
