Description

ISOPIPE Closed Cell Elastomeric Insulation is the ideal solution for the insulation of hot or cold application, dual-temperature systems. ISOPIPE offers the most effective insulation for pipes at the lowest initial cost, thus maximizing the saving of energy.

ISOPIPE has zero ozone depleting potential, with no CFCs being used in the product, or the manufacturing process. ISOPIPE products are tested accordingly to globally approved standards.

ISOPIPE products have certified fungal protection and antimicrobial characteristics. Another great development for Allproof’s thermal pipe insulation range.

Allproof ISO pipe is non-combustible and has excellent fire resistant properties. To verify this it has been independently tested to ISO5660 for a group classification in accordance with NZBC verification method C/VM2 Appendix A. Classification Group Number 1.

Scope of Use

Allproof ISOPipe is the ideal solution for the insulation of hot or cold application, dual-temperature systems.

Limitations on Use

ISOPIPE thermal lagging is designed for its thermal properties, while it will have other properties such as acoustic, it is not applicable to other building requirements.

Statement of Building Code Compliance

NZBC B2.3.1 (b) ISOPIPE thermal insulation meets the 15 year performance requirement.

NZBC C3.4 ISOPIPE thermal insulation has been tested in accordance with ISO 5660.1 – 2015 with a Product Group Number Classification of 1.

NZBC F2.3.1 : ISOPIPE thermal insulation does not present a health hazard to people.

NZBC H1.2 & H1.3.4: ISOPIPE systems are designed to provide energy efficiency to pipework systems when providing hot water to and from sanitary fixtures and appliances.

Other Performance Attributes

ISOPIPE products are tested accordingly to globally approved standards ASTM G21-09 and ASTM E2180-07. Testing to ASTM G21-09 showed no visible signs of fungal growth and testing to ASTM E2180-07 showed no bacterial growth.

ISOPIPE products have certified fungal protection and antimicrobial characteristics.
