Products Menu

You can add, edit, or delete product listings via the Supplier Admin.

When logged into the Supplier Admin click your brand under Manage Catalogue, then select the 'Products' tab at on the left to access the Product Menu. Here you can add a new product or edit an existing one.

Login > Manage Catalogue > Products tab (left hand side)

Here you will see a list of all the products currently in your catalogue. This list may run over several pages.

Not all the products listed are necessarily live on EBOSS. See Moderation Statuses

Sorting:

  • Products in the Products Menu are listed, by default, in Alphabetical order
  • Reorder the listings by clicking on headings (Title, Last Updated, Categories, Ranges, Status)
  • You can also search using the Search bar at the top. Search for Title, Category, Range, or Status
Status This indicates if a listing is live or if it has changes yet to be published. See Moderation Statuses
Product Number Note that the Product Number field is no longer in use, and product numbers no longer appear on listings on EBOSS
Any numbers entered before this was deactivated remain visible for reference, but they cannot be edited
Broken Links A number in this column indicates the number of bad URL links associated with that Product Listing. See Product Literature, Link Status
