Description

The CK Series is the ideal solution for commercial kitchens, food production facilities and commercial application requiring a durable, high performing and easily maintainable drainage system. The CK Series is suitable for tiled, epoxy and concrete finish floors.

All stainless steel construction with a 100mm outlet. Includes a primary removal strainer basket connected by SS cable, with secondary fixed strainers as optional.

CK Channels come in standard lengths with a variety of grate styles tested for slip resistance (AS4586) and load class rating (AS3996). Custom sizes and finishes are available.

For draining aggressive chemical substances careful product selection is required, see product details for further information.
Grate selection should be considered for installation scenario.
Channel clear open area should be considered in regards to hydraulic performance requirements.

Statement of Building Code Compliance

NZBC E1 Surface Water: When installed correctly in scenarios that applies to NZBC E1, Allproof Commercial Kitchen Drainage Systems fulfil the requirements outlined in the building code clause to safeguard people from injury or illness and property from damage caused my surface water.

NZBC G13/AS1 Foul water G13.1(b), G13.3.1(c) & (d) and clause 3.4 Floor Outlets: Allproof floor waste systems (water traps and grates) have been designed and manufactured to be compliant to all requirements set out in G13/AS1-

> The water seal in the gully prevents foul air and gases entering buildings.

> Grates are removable to access the system for maintenance and cleaning.

> Grates finish flush with the floor.

> Outlets exceed the minimum diameter.

NZBC G13/AS3 Foul water and AS/NZS 3500.2 clauses 4.6: Allproof floor waste systems have been designed to comply with all criteria outlined in AS/NZS 3500.2 and modifications covered in NZBC G13/AS3. Outlet connections designed to specifications in Appendix A of 3500.2. Gullies designed in accordance to requirements in clause 4.6.
