The new Performing Arts Block at Rangi Ruru School in Christchurch was an exciting project. From start to finish, the process was a collaborative effort between T & R staff, the architects, acoustic engineers, the main contractor and sub-contractors.
Scott Bennett from T & R’s Christchurch branch says that the company was proud to be involved, "especially because we were there from the very beginning, in the design phase and all the way through the construction phase. Everyone was a pleasure to work with."
Specified by Acoustic Engineering Services, the T & R products that were used in the project include tiles and panels from the Daiken and C Max ranges (including C Max Silence Cloud Panels and C Max Combo), with CBI grid used throughout. T & R Interior Systems also supplied the Autex 3D tiles and Autex AAB black acoustic blanket in the theatre.
"The end result looks and sounds amazing," Scott summed up after it was all finished.
