Roofing Industries is pleased to introduce their latest innovation within the Eurostyle range, the Eurostyle Panelok metal wall and cladding system. The system offers a cost-effective option for creating negative detail facade designs on both commercial and residential projects — and can also be used for interior walling. 

Negative details with up to 25mm spacing

Eurostyle Panelok offers variable negative detail spacing options from 5mm to 25mm. This gives architects the ability to create attractive bespoke negative detail facade designs, and also provides flexibility and simplicity around cladding penetrations. 

Interlocking system for fast and straightforward install

Eurostyle Panelok is designed to be installed on self-supporting cavity battens. This installation method allows for thermal expansion and contraction. 

To install, panels are laid vertically or horizontally and fixed to the battens using concealed fasteners, with following panels then interlocking into the groove of the previous panel. This ensures fast and straightforward installation across large areas. The cladding is supported by matching flashing and penetration systems, providing a full system approach to cladding install. 

Versatile design options to help you create unique facades

Eurostyle Panelok offers architects and designers the flexibility they need to create attractive facades. Design options include: 

• Vertical and horizontal installation
• Various substrate options: A range of aluminium and metal substrates to suit design and climatic requirements
• Range of panel sizes: Panels are available in widths from 215mm to 400mm, and are supplied cut to length — up to 8m depending on substrate and colour.
• Varying swage options: Single and double swage options are available in various widths, depending on project requirements.
• Extensive colourway: Panels can be specified in an extensive range of Colorcote and Colorsteel prepainted colours.

A tested system with proven success on residential and commercial builds

Eurostyle Panelok has been fully tested on the NZ Metal Roofing Manufacturers Association test rig, with load test data and fixing recommendations available via www.roof.co.nz and specification support partners. 

The Eurostyle Panelok system has been successfully installed on a number of projects spanning both residential and commercial construction. At the Skin Dermatology Institute in Tauranga Panelok has been used to create a sleek vertical panel facade, while at TWL’s newest branch in Christchurch, Panelok in TWL blue provides a low maintenance branded facade. On residential homes designers have taken advantage of the range of widths available and ability to install vertically and horizontally to create unique architectural designs.
