Nu-Wall Performance During an Earthquake

Testing was carried out according to the requirements of an imminent project involving a building of Importance Level 4 designation.

The test structure amply met the requirements of this project; furthermore the damage to the cladding was so minimal that it would have remained serviceable afterwards.

The testing involved racking displacement of the test sample framing, increasing incrementally to a maximum of ±72mm. At the upper end of this some slight buckling was observed at the ends of some of the cladding boards, however no components became detached or failed.

Copies of the full test report are available upon request.
