Louvretec Opening Roof with Rain Sensor

The company has recently completed two projects that show how effortlessly Louvretec Opening Roofs create functional spaces in homes and buildings.

Louvretec Canterbury recently installed 180 Linear Opening Roofs to a new outdoor kitchen on a Penthouse Apartment in Christchurch.  The Opening Roofs were fitted with rain sensors.  The owners (a family of eight) have now maximised this terrace area by creating an informal outdoor entertaining area completed with kitchen and dining facilities.

Louvretec Bay of Plenty recently installed a 180 Linear Opening Roof to the award winning Harwood Homes Show home located at The Lakes in Tauranga.  This Opening Roof was also fitted with a Rain Sensor which eliminates the worry of having the roof left open during a downpour as furniture beneath will be protected without getting wet in a downpour.

Louvretec’s Opening Roofs provide for true indoor-outdoor living.  Now with a choice of four styles available.
