New Operable Louvres in a Stand Off Frame

Elam Street Louvre Panels are an excellent addition for secure and private Lock-up-and-Leave convenience.

The panels are compatible with a large range of Louvretec louvre profiles, including the 150mm Midi Louvre from the Airfoil range and the 120 Flush Rectangular-shaped louvre with sizes in between. Available in an extensive range of colours, Elam Street Panels bring a modern design element to projects.

Elam Street Louvre panels can be Motorised or Hand-operated. Open for a view, or close for privacy, glare and weather control. Louvres can run horizontally or vertically. Both options are great for in front of windows when privacy, weather protection and glare reduction are required.

Each Louvre connects to Louvretec’s award-winning, Somfy-powered, Spiral Pivot system. This innovative technology, including the motor, is concealed and protected in the frame for a seamless look and dependable operation.

Louvres close on to a woolpile stripe to eliminate metal to metal contact. Built for coastal living, Louvretec products are durable and robust.

At 150mm wide this mid sized Louvre acheives good spans & is ideal for bringing operable sun, glare and privacy control to a home or building.

Can be used for sun shading, wind break, privacy and as an architectural feature
Suitable for coastal, inland, snow, residential, commercial installation
Louvres can be installed horizontally, vertically or at an angle and can be motorised or manually adjustable (Spiral Pivot system) or fixed (end or bracket)
The Spiral pivot system allows for motorised and hand operable blade rotation of up to 180°
The manual Kiss™ Pivot system allows blade rotation
Other applications include installation within hinged and sliding panels
Compatible as an Elam Street Louvre Panel, which allows the operable Louvres to be housed in a stand-off frame, providing convenient access to open internal windows for airflow
Alternatively the 150mm Midi Louvres can also be bracket fixed or end fixed in to place

Engineered to meet relevant AS/NZS standards
All extrusions manufactured in an ISO quality assured environment to AS1866 & AS3902 standards
Louvre spans, as per tables 1&2, section 12 of the Louvretec Product Catalogue, are certified by Markplan Consulting Limited (Consulting Structural Engineers) and meets the requirements of AS/NZS 1170:2011, NZS3604:2011, AS/NZ 1664:1997
