Description

Porter's Liquid Copper and Patina Green are used together to recreate copper with the green patination of age. Suitable for almost any paintable surface, the oxidisation effect of the Patina Green on the Liquid Copper produces an authentic, aged copper look.

Scope of Use

Porter's Liquid Copper can be used for interior and exterior applications. Can be applied to most suitably prepared plasterboard, plaster, wood, plastic, metal, paper maché, masonry and previously painted surfaces.

Apply by brush only.

Drying times: 2hrs touch dry. 12hrs between coats. Apply Patina Green once second coat is touch dry.

Limitations on Use

Porter's Liquid Copper is not suitable for high-traffic surfaces, such as handrails and door knobs, as continued touching of the surface will remove the green patina effect. Application of clear coats or finishes over patina effect is not recommended. It is recommended to allow Liquid Copper and Patina Green to weather naturally.
