Reverse Run SlimClad is a new residential and commercial cladding with an attractive shallow negative detail. Supplied pre-painted, cut to length and ready to install, it is perfect for projects where saving on time and costs is critical.
Excellent weathertightness and improved efficiency
The non-permeable metal substrate of Reverse Run SlimClad ensures a weathertight enclosure, while the smart design reduces the likelihood of leakage at the sidelap.
SlimClad comes with purpose-made flashings so there is no need for scribers, and when installed correctly, the shape of the Reverse Run SlimClad profile provides a cavity system that meets NZBC ventilation requirements — eliminating the need for cavity battens.
Time and cost savings
Reverse Run SlimClad is an economical option available at a fraction of the cost of many other cladding systems. The light weight and simplicity of the system reduces freight, labour and equipment costs. And being cut to length, ready to install, it not only saves builders time and labour, but also reduces waste on site.
Durability and architectural appeal
Reverse Run SlimClad is available in robust .55 base metal thickness with variation in pan swages available. To create an attractive and durable cladding system, Roofing Industries recommends half or full depth swages.
The side lapping of the system hides unsightly joins to achieve an attractive architectural finish, with Picture Frame and Flush window and door flashing options available to meet design requirements.
Substrate and colour options to suit your project
Supplied in a selection of metal substrates, plus modern Colorsteel and Colorcote colours, Reverse Run SlimClad can be used to create striking architectural designs. Gloss, Low Gloss Matt and Matte surface finishes are available depending on colour choice. And to ensure a pristine finish on site, the cladding is supplied with a strippable clear film which prevents damage and dirt during installation.
The cladding is available with colour-matched fasteners, and can be colour-matched to all Roofing Industries rainwater systems to create a cohesive architectural look.
Manufactured at Roofing Industries’ Taupo and Christchurch Branches, and shipped nationwide, Reverse Run SlimClad offers low lead times to help keep projects on track.
