Manufactured in NZ, the Asona Triton, Global GreenTag certified acoustic ceiling and wall panels have been used in a number of 5 star green buildings from new PPP schools to office projects throughout NZ.
"We made the commitment to undergo the independent, certified Global GreenTag program to better support design professionals and NZ building standards," says Neil Ridgway, Managing Director of Asona. "As a local manufacturer, we are able to tick a lot of boxes from made close to market, high acoustic performance, low VOCs, high recycled content, low embodied energy to an innovative renew and recycle program to extend the product life cycle," he adds.
The Triton range is available in a wide variety of standard and custom decorative finishes, shapes, sizes, colours, edge wrapped and framed options that meet almost every application, from suspended grid and tile ceilings, to free hanging cloud and baffle panels, to linear beams to direct fix ceiling and wall panels. They are suitable for general offices, classrooms, gyms, swimming pools, auditoriums, libraries and retail applications. Triton panels are lightweight, so low risk in seismic prone areas, non-combustible (Group 1-S Fire Rating), easy to handle and install, and due to their unique composite construction are designed to be easily disassembled and recycled.
