The Topglass Fire Retardant range is supplied as fire and smoke retardant natural lighting systems for use in commercial and industrial buildings. These products have been extensively tested by BRANZ using the cone calorimeter ISO 5660 and AS/NZS 3837 test method, and the full scale ISO 9705 room test.

Topglass FR 50 Plus achieves an NZBC Group 3 rating and Topglass 60 FR achieves an NZBC Group 2 rating.

Topglass translucent roofing has been specifically developed to combat the effect of ultraviolet rays and atmospheric pollutants, without the yellowing and rapid product degradation associated with commonly available glass-reinforced roof sheeting.

Topglass can be used in a number of applications, including commercial, industrial, schools and kindergartens and public outdoor areas requiring excellent UV protection, and institutional and other projects where long-term high quality lighting is required.
