Designed by Stephenson & Turner, the brief for the Upper Hutt College development in Wellington included custom folded 200mm Half Round spouting with bespoke laser cut brackets. Each of the 150mm coloursteel downpipes transitioned into 165mm hot dipped galvanised downpipes, maximising efficiency whilst harmonising with the significant size of the building.
Designed by Mason & Wales Architects, the Marsh Study Centre at Otago University provided an exciting challenge for Continuous Spouting's Dunedin team. Continuous completed the design draft, manufacturing, painting and installation of all the spouting and downpipes. Each 100 x 100 galvanised downpipe was inset to sit flush with the painted brick, resulting in beautiful smooth clean lines. The heaviest downpipe weighed an impressive 112kg and required four from the installation team to get it in place.
Back in 2012, Breen Construction approached Continuous Spouting to meet architects’ specifications on the magnificent build of the Highlands Motorsport Park and Museum in Cromwell. The massive 300mm Half Round spouting profile was custom made with a RAF folder to create the beautiful curves. Teamed with 200mm downpipes, the water flow from the roof was captured by a delightful 'funnel' rainwater head which perfectly enhances the building.
Almost a quarter century of experience in the industry, teamed with a hands-on innovative approach, has made the Continuous Group a first choice amongst specifiers for all rainwater solutions.
