David Eccles-Hall is the Technical/Architectural Advisor for Roofing Industries who works with New Zealand architects and building professionals to assist them with technical understanding and the specifications of Roofing Industries’ product base.

With over twenty years’ experience, David has amassed extensive product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of building codes and metal roofing Code of Practice. He not only specialises in ensuring that architectural drawings and specifications meet NZBC requirements to help facilitate Council applications, but also assists in working with architects around new innovative approaches to design. 

He is particularly adept at finding practical solutions to unique design challenges whilst still understanding the importance of architectural aesthetics.

Where and when required, David works closely with EBOSS and other specification support businesses, presenting to practices and architectural schools focusing on appropriate materials and applications for long-run metal cladding and associated products. 

David is renowned for his friendly down-to-earth approach and makes himself available to assist with design challenges and can also provide unique solutions as a result of joint and creative brainstorming.
