Potter Interior Systems offer a range of versatile partitioning systems. Choosing the style of partition suitable for an office may depend on the level of privacy, sound control and flexibility needed.
Glass Partitions
This is a great example of dividing up a space while maintaining an open plan feel. Although glass partitions offer less privacy than solid walls, they allow light to stream in naturally. If more privacy is needed, blinds can be added or a frosted graphic manifestation, such as the company's logo, can be chosen. The glass can be double-glazed (e.g. using Potters E Series twin glazed partition system) which helps with noise control from the main office. From refurbishments that have been completed, this type of partitioning has created the wow factor.
Solid Partitioning
Solid partitions are made out of plasterboard and are supported by aluminium and/or a steel frame. One advantage over a glass partition is that they provide more privacy and soundproofing, as they create an area and sense of isolation.
Sliding Partitions
Sliding partitions are a cost-effective option, and a great choice for flexibility of dividing up a space, whilst still allowing light through. They can be fitted in between meeting rooms, so they offer either one large meeting room or two smaller rooms. A variety of finishes are available to choose from including anodised and powdercoated colours.
Bi-Folding Partitions
Bi-folding partitions are easy to operate and great for dividing-up spaces temporarily — with the added advantage of being able to open a space up completely to maximise the use of this space.
