Impact-Resistant Panelling Perfect for Hard-Knock Activities

Machined from sustainably produced Nelson Pine MDF panels, the impact resistance of Plankwall's panels is more than three times that of plasterboard, making them ideal for boisterous activities. Plankwall's Plain Faced ungrooved panels are available 'Raw', unpainted or Almost Finished — a factory finish with two coats of white on the face, and one of clear on the back. The panels are UV cured, sealed and well protected from moisture.

A significant advantage of these panels is speed of installation. Just wipe the fixing pinholes with a filler. If Almost Finished is used, double-sided tape which gets a good grip to the sealed panel will hold panels as adhesive sets. No stopping is required and that pervasive and dreaded plaster dust is avoided.

Or choose to line the spaces with Plankwall V10 / V15 grooved panels for a more detailed look.

All panel types come as:

  • 9mm or 12mm thick
  • 1.2m x 2.4m, 2.7m or 3.6m
  • Finished as Raw or Almost Finished
  • All edges come as tongue and groove
