IBS OS'Brace RAP is an orientated strand board rigid air barrier and structural bracing panel. It replaces traditional building wrap and is cost effective, simple to install, lightweight (from 11.2kg), easy to cut and can be used with almost any suitable tape system. It is treated to H3.1 level (it does not need to be re-treated when cut), E0 formaldehyde free, moisture resistant and is CodeMark certified to the NZ Building Code.

IBS OS'Floor is a structural orientated strand board designed specifically for flooring applications. With a tongue and groove timber profile, edge swelling protection and a pre-marked nail grid pattern, the panel is very easy to install and handle, saving time and labour costs.

Both panels are manufactured in Germany especially for the New Zealand building industry and are made from renewable sustainable resources, characterised by low emissions due to 100% formaldehyde free resin and are certified by independent third parties.
