With Asona's recent investment in a new production line, up to seven layers of acoustic material can be brought together in a continuous process to form not only decorative laminates, but also completed acoustic panels in one pass.

"Acoustic laminates are the face of our business," says Neil. "Every ceiling panel has a decorative side and our new collection frees us from being just another white ceiling panel supplier. What's more, we can apply the laminates to a broad range of base board materials from glass wool, polyester, rockwool, mineral fibre and even metal," he says.
