AspirePanel (PIR)
Description

AspirePanels are lightweight, thermally efficient wall and roof panels manufactured in New Zealand. The panels have a PIR core sandwiched between 0.59mm layers of galvanised steel, and with a factory applied Colorsteel® finish.

  • 1000m in width, custom lengths and in the following thicknesses: 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300mm
  • NZ Steel — COLORSTEEL® colours providing perfect colour match with flashings
  • Manufactured in Auckland, available nationwide
Scope of Use
  • For use as insulated, fire-resistant, fully finished wall and roof panel
  • Colorsteel® finish will depend on the specific exposure zone and use
  • Fire rated option -/30/30 can be achieved with the 200mm thick suPIR panel and specialised installation — Please consult Metalcraft Insulated Panels
  • 1000m in width, custom lengths and in the following thicknesses: 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300mm
Limitations on Use
  • 15m lengths on un-piloted truck — longer lengths available depending on freight restrictions to site
