Description
Our new 180 Flush Midi Louvre (also known as The 180 Gulf Harbour Louvre) is a medium-sized rectangular Louvre that provides excellent shade and airflow control.
The 180 Flush Midi Louvre can be:
- Motorised - open and close at the touch of a button
- Hand Operable
- End Fixed, or
- Bracket Fixed
Key Features
- Designed and manufactured locally for New Zealand and Australian conditions.
- Louvres can be motorised, manually adjustable or fixed in place
- Louvres can run vertically or horizontally
- Engineered to meet relevant AS/NZS standards.
- All extrusions manufactured in an ISO quality assured environment to AS1866 and AS3902 standards.
- Plastic injected components (motorised and manual) are UV stabilised.
- Drive axles(motorised and manual) and all fixings are marine grade 316 stainless steel.
- Can be powdercoated, anodised or woodgrain finished to large range of colours.
- Full site measure, design, shop drawing (if required) and installation service provided.
- All louvre panels are custom made.

Scope of Use

- Suitable for coastal, inland, snow, residen Product catalogue. tial, commercial installation.
- Louvres are generally installed vertically and can be motorised or manually adjustable using the Louvretec Spiral Pivot system.
- The Spiral Pivot system allows for 180° rotation of the louvres.
- Louvre spans as as stated in the Louvretec 2025 Design Manual
Limitations on Use
- Louvre spans are restricted by wind zone. Refer relevant table in Louvretec 2025 Design Manual.
- Any use outside of Louvretec's nominated Louvre spans for wind speeds over 55m/s as set out in the Louvretec 2025 Design Manual
- Louvres cannot be used as a weather proofing solution to a building.
- Supporting structures over 10m high may require specific engineering.
