Warranty & Maintenance

The statutory EU warranty period of 2 years applies to all defects which can be assumed to have already existed at the time of delivery or which were caused by the delivery process.

The natural fibres are basically maintenance-free. Should it be necessary to remove dust or dirt from the surfaces, please mind the following:

• Gently vacuum with low pressure for Premium-surfaces
• Wipe down with a damp cloth for Light & Medium surfaces
• Gently wipe down with a dry, lint-free cloth
• Avoid rough brushes, aggressive cleaning agents and chemicals.
