Strata is a premium quality multi-layer vinyl flooring featuring award-winning ISOCORE technology to improve its performance. It replicates the look and warmth of timber planks.

Its increased stability over large 150m² and waterproof features open the door to specification for wet areas and larger commercial spaces. Team this with improved impact resistance and lightweight construction and Strata comes up trumps for durability and ease of handling when on site.

Strata flooring contains ISOCORE technology which is an engineered closed-cell extruded vinyl structural core. It is 100% waterproof, rigid, light, strong and dimensionally stable. A flooring product featuring ISOCORE technology won the 2017 Home Depot Innovation of the Year Award due to its multitude of features and ability to be installed in areas previously unsuitable for plank flooring.

Multi-Layer

Microscopic ceramic particles are suspended in the top UV wear layer to produce superior wear and stain resistance. Teamed with an Ultra Fresh treatment which controls the growth of unwanted microbes and reduction in odours, this flooring is designed for performance.

A layer of premium solid virgin vinyl enhances durability, provides softness underfoot and ensures there are no unknown recyclates in the mix.

Fast Installation

Strata utilises simple Droplock 100 end joins. This interlocking system has four times the strength of solid vinyl locking systems and is glueless, which speeds installation and reduces costs. As a ‘floating floor’ it can also be laid over existing floors which meet the floor level tolerances, further reducing installation costs.

ISOCORE also scores well with sound insulation ratings and teamed with a quality underlay provides excellent transfer and in-room acoustic performance desirable in multi tenancies and large retail spaces.

Strata is available in commercial (7mm) quality with a seven-year wear warranty and a residential (5.5mm) option to suit specification for a variety of projects. Specify commercial Strata in a home and a lifetime warranty applies*.
