Stickman profiles are ideal for use in busy high traffic areas, such as kitchens. Not only do the profiles protect the vulnerable corners, but they also aid manufacturing and provide a visually-pleasing aesthetic. Larger units can be assembled on-site using either masking tape or pneumatic punches to hold the joins while the water-based construction adhesive sets. 

Special Stickman cutters are attached to fixed routers and are then used on pre-cut panels for smaller projects. Large scale CNC production tooling and advice is available. This design advice will help result in minimal panel wastage when using Stickman tooling with CNC machines. Generally, there is only 9mm cut waste between panels.
