ComFlor composite flooring systems offer designers a free design software package that is available for download on the ComFlor website. This is supported by an in-house design team who can guide designers through all aspects of designing a ComFlor floor solution.

The ComFlor team has recently supported BECA with the design of a floor decking solution for the NZ International Convention Centre that is currently being built. Just over 70,000m² of the product is due to be installed over the coming months and is a great testament to the collaboration between BECA engineers and the ComFlor team.

CAD and BIM content:

Over time Steel & Tube's roofing team has developed a comprehensive and well respected library of design details for roofing and cladding applications. These details are available in various formats and a revised REVIT BIM offering will soon be made available to all designers. S & T's roofing technical team also offers a design peer review service for all profiled metal applications.

Digital Specification Writing Tools:

S & T has a long standing relationship with Masterspec and Smartspec and has a significant presence on both platforms.

Catalogues:

S & T has recently completed a unique upgrade to its traditional hard copy catalogues. The upgraded 'look book' styled catalogues are being distributed at present and should be on designer shelves shortly. A digital flip file version will be available on EBOSS and the S & T website shortly.

CPD presentations:

S & T are active sponsors of the NZIA, offering three different CPD presentations on key topics related to roofing and architectural stainless steel. These presentations (and complimentary lunch) are very popular and can be booked by contacting Ray Liebenberg. Each presentation is worth 10 CPD points.
