This Auckland renovation featured the addition of a new bedroom and living area and an overall revamp of the existing home, seeing the home’s total footprint increase from 95m² to 170m². The original home had aged concrete tiles which didn’t quite fit with the contemporary aesthetic of the extension. Keeping the coastal location in mind, the True Oak Corrugate profile was specified with Colorcote Magnaflow — a pre-painted steel substrate with magnesium added technology for superior corrosion resistance. This ensures low maintenance and a long lasting roof system for the homeowners.
