Traditionally, deck frame construction is very much an archaic process. Builders spending days on site and dependent on weather, assembling an assortment of materials varying in length, often including heavy, wet and chemically treated timbers, generating massive amounts of wastage and using all sorts of fixings and fasteners.

QWICKBUILD is a complete decking system that is pre-manufactured off site and delivered to you. It can easily be lifted by two to four people and placed into position with ease, saving time and man power.

Made from light-weight, marine-grade, structural aluminium, QWICKBUILD features the same long span and high load deck framework that steel offers, but with the added benefits of having a lower price point, and being much easier to install.

The QWICKBUILD pre-fabricated deck frame is not affected by moisture or extreme temperatures, and offers superior durability and low maintenance, especially with OUTDURE's ECODECKING.

Installation time is reduced drastically because the number of pile or post supports is reduced by 30%, and screws and nails are not required for attaching deck boards to the aluminium joists.

QwickBuild is an external flooring system that provides strong, durable, stable structures to support hardwood and composite decking boards, exterior tiles, and synthetic turf, or a combination of surfaces.

QwickBuild is designed for installations over natural ground, concrete pads, existing pavers and waterproof membranes. The system allows for the construction of support structures ranging from ultra-low height through to structures 3m+.

Benefits for deck structures under 400mm in height, especially areas where deck structures are built over a waterproof membrane, this includes rooftop spaces and apartment balconies. The system has low height capabilities enabling a flush internal and external floor levels that are of complex integrating surfaces.
