Virtually Maintenance Free Timber-Look Cladding

New Zealand’s building regulations are now more stringent than ever, especially in cladding applications. With these requirements in place, it can be difficult to have confidence when specifying products and materials that are fit for purpose. However, EuroClad supplied by PSP Limited is complies with S14g of the New Zealand Building Act 2004 and easily meets regulations for a range of residential and commercial projects.

Manufactured in Germany, EuroClad is a unique, pre-finished engineered timber cladding system with a beautiful wood-grain embossed surface. It is designed for stability and longevity and provides a sustainable timber alternative that is eco-friendly and virtually maintenance-free. With EuroClad, designers can save time, costs and provide peace of mind, knowing that there is no need to re-coat, stain or paint for a minimum of 15 years.

With its lightweight, tongue and groove and pre-drilled profile, it helps to turn installation into a cost saving. EuroClad can be installed either horizontally or vertically and is available in six natural wood colours, African Ebony, White Oak, Dark Cedar, Cedar, Coast Oak and Silver Oak.

Palladium Homes in South Auckland see the benefits of EuroClad and selected Dark Cedar as the preferred exterior cladding solution for their latest show home. They mentioned it was easy to install and the appearance provides that modern and sophisticated timber look they were after.
