Profix TS10 is an intelligent proprietary fixing system that has been specifically designed to create functionality to Trespa Meteon panels and allow almost limitless design creativity when it comes to exterior weatherboard façades.

This unique fixed aluminium rail system is designed to be concealed underneath  weatherboard panels and allow ventilation and drainage at each horizontal overlap.  In industry studies ventilated façade systems are a proven to create energy efficient, long lasting properties, reducing energy needs and improving interior environments to benefit occupant health.

The specific Trespa Meteon panels -- which can be specified to various widths, lengths and colour to accommodate multiple layouts and colour configurations -- arrive pre-cut, pre-coloured and fortified for minimal maintenance.

The individual components of the Profix TS10 concealed fixed weatherboard façade system accommodate the differing requirements of fixing Trespa Meteon panels to a structure, catering for window sills, window heads, window jams, internal and external corners, pipe penetrations, meter boxes, parapets and bottom edges.

Locally developed to meet the NZ Building Code

The Profix TS10 weatherboard façade system has been locally developed to meet the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code and has been tested to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4284 and NZBC E2/AS1/VM1 respectively.
