Deck Installation Time Reduced at 151 Victoria Street with Qwickbuild

Mansons TCLM Ltd selected the Qwickbuild deck frame system, developed by NZ company Outdure, as a solution to decking scenarios that were previously problematic to construct with a traditional timber sub-frame. The project required a low height structure that was extremely rigid and dimensionally stable for decking installations over a large waterproof membrane and other concreted areas.

For the decking surface and custom-designed outdoor seating, Mansons TCLM Ltd chose Outdure's Eco-decking for its non-slip, easy-care attributes. The combination of Qwickbuild and Eco-decking enabled extremely fast installation.

QwickBuild is an external flooring system that provides strong, durable, stable structures to support hardwood and composite decking boards, exterior tiles, and synthetic turf, or a combination of surfaces.

QwickBuild is designed for installations over natural ground, concrete pads, existing pavers and waterproof membranes. The system allows for the construction of support structures ranging from ultra-low height through to structures 3m+.

Benefits for deck structures under 400mm in height, especially areas where deck structures are built over a waterproof membrane, this includes rooftop spaces and apartment balconies. The system has low height capabilities enabling a flush internal and external floor levels that are of complex integrating surfaces.
