Reuse and Recycle with KOROK Fire and Acoustic Wall Panels

KOROK wall systems are complete systems providing everything needed to meet fire and acoustic requirements in a wide range of applications — terraced housing, apartments, warehouse/factory walls, boundary walls and cinemas.

Made from locally-sourced steel, KOROK panels are roll-formed from zinc-coated steel strips and then filled with aerated concrete. This makes for a high performing and lightweight product.

KOROK’s commitment to the environment is supported by the Declare Label — this lets designers know where KOROK panels come from, what they are made of and where they go at the end of their life. Declare is a transparency platform and product database that is changing the materials marketplace.

Manufactured at a factory in Hamilton, all panels are made to order, ensuring minimal waste and minimising the requirement to cut on-site.

KOROK panels are fully re-useable which is especially useful in these challenging times. KOROK can be taken down and re-used again and again. This makes KOROK panels very-ecologically friendly and a perfect option for re-configuring warehouse or retail spaces.

KOROK panels are fully recyclable. The panels are dis-assembled; the concrete core is crushed and re-used, and the steel case is returned to the manufacturer for recycling.

If you’re looking for an eco-friendly, green solution for fire and acoustic protection needs then KOROK has the system for any project.
