K-Childcare System Revamped by KerMac Industries

Introducing KerMac’s newly revitalized K-Childcare system, now featuring 100mm cast polished dual pedestals to front panels and self-closing adjustable hinges. The new hardware is shown above, at Nurture Early Learning in Onehunga where the K-Childcare system was recently installed.

KerMac recognised the need for a more robust and durable cubicle system when installed in active environments like kindergartens. KerMac prefers to use metal hardware rather than plastic to prevent rather than replace breakages for a long lasting system. The dual pedestals now ensure minimal panel movement in this freestyle designed system while the self-closing hinges mean there's no need to worry about open doors with children moving about.

KerMac can offer the K-Childcare system in edge banded 18mm Melteca, 13mm CDF compact laminate or any other of the wide range of LPL/HPL or compact laminates KerMac stocks. This ensures a large colour range is available from more reserved tones to fun and vibrant colours. KerMac is also able to provide the option of sloping, curved or themed door tops allowing a unique design to stand out.

KerMac provides the option of either flat packed kit sets which can be self-installed for projects outside of the Auckland region or offer full installation as usual inside the Auckland region.
