Hale Manufacturing is pleased to introduce two new toilet partition hardware ranges.

The Antimicrobial Range

The first new offering is the option to specify an antimicrobial coating for the hardware fittings.

It is common knowledge that the most touched part of a toilet cubicle is the cubicle lock. Hale Manufacturing's antimicrobial range includes the slide lock and indicator set, coat hook and spring loaded door hinge.

The Hale Manufacturing Antimicrobial Toilet Partition Hardware range features BioCote antimicrobial technology. This range comes in a silver finish only and will be available for specified projects from April 2017.

The antimicrobial hardware complements Hale's current Structuralboard and antimicrobial compact laminate ranges. These cubicles offer the best antimicrobial protection available in conjunction with existing antibacterial cleaning regimes.

Products treated with BioCote antimicrobial technology reduce bacteria on treated products by 99.9% over 24 hours, providing peace of mind when using public facilities.

The active ingredient in the Hale Manufacturing Antimicrobial hardware range is Silver (Ag+) technology, which is safe, natural, sustainable and effective against a wide range of microbes, creating a cleaner and more hygienic environment. This active ingredient does not leach from the product and performance continues for the expected life of the product.

Hale Manufacturing's antimicrobial toilet partition range has been independently tested and certified against ISO 22196: 2011.

The Black Range

Hale's second offering, the Hale Manufacturing Black range of hardware adds a modern, sleek look to toilet partitions.

Hale Manufacturing's Black range includes the slide lock and indicator set, coat hook and spring operated door hinge. The slide lock, indicator set and hinge are all concealed fixed with ABS snap-on cover plates.

The new Black Toilet Partition Hardware range can be complemented with black powder coated extrusions, fast becoming a popular choice amongst architects and designers.
