The Commercial Plasma Door has a thickness of 51mm compared with 41mm for the residential version and contains extra internal aluminium webbing for enhanced rigidity and durability.

Launched by APL Window Solutions and available through its network of Altherm, First and Vantage manufacturers nationwide, the new offering responds to market demand for the sleek, architectural look of the Plasma to be available in a wider range of environments. The new door is compatible with the Metro Series, APL Architectural Series, Magnum Door frames, Commercial window systems and Shopfront profiles.

Door panels can be hinged, rebated for French door formats, or hung as pivoting doors. The popular design tweak inserting horizontal ‘negative detail’ lines on doors is available on this option.

Mannex powdercoat colours are standard for the Commercial Plasma. Dual colour is not available; dark colours are not recommended for doors exposed to prolonged sunlight.
