DressSmart Revamp Using Electronic Tapware

Architect Dennis Dowe from MOA+I has just completed the new look bathrooms at DressSmart Onehunga, after the floor space of the shopping centre was expanded by 40 per cent.

DressSmart requested water efficient tapware and tempering valves to control water temperatures for all hand wash basins.

MacDonald Industries supplied the Delabie Tempomatic 4 Electronic Basin and Bib Taps, Delabie Wall Mounted Liquid Soap Dispenser, Zurn Sink Faucet for Cleaners Sink, Zurn Floor Mounted Mop Sink, Zurn Sensor Flush Valve, Wisa Disabled Length Wall Hung Toilet Pan, Babel 450 Wash Hand Basin and Shroud, Kalevit Saros Back To Wall WC Toilet Pan, Kalevit Wall Hung Urinal, TECE Urinal Flush Valve, and the Franke Quadro Double Wash Hand Basin.

"As project architects we try to limit specifying products to those with long standing reputations for good aesthetics, solid build quality, durability, reliability and ease of servicing, supplied by a company we have known for many years, providing prompt back up service," says Dennis.
