Description

DELABIE DE443406 is an electronic sensor activated basin tap with battery powered electronic control unit and solenoid valve all integrated in the body of the tap. Presenting hands beneath the sensor starts water flow. Water will stop immediately hands are removed.

Supplied standard with 3L/min flow straightener (at 300kPa) or as an ultra low flow (1.9L/min) model with spray head on special request
Anti-blocking feature avoids possibility of continous use - turns tap off after 20 seconds use
Anti-legionella duty flush provides a 45 second flush each 24 hours after last use
Ideal for retrofit installations where mains power is not available
Available in 2 lengths to suit basin design

Scope of Use

The basin tap is suitable for use in commercial buildings where hands free washing is preferred and hygiene and low maintenance is a priority.

Limitations on Use

Tap screws directly into 1/2” wingback in the wall. Supply should be either cold water or pre-mixed to ~40°C.
Recommended that tempered water be supplied via a Delabie Premix thermostatic mixer Ref DE733015
One mixer can supply tempered water for up to 4 taps.
Recommended pressure range - 100 - 500kPa
Ensure basin waste position does not conflict with position of tap sensor
Avoid use with stainless steel basins
