Barn doors continue to be a popular feature in kitchen and living areas of new builds. A plain wall can be livened up with a feature door — classical cedar barn style doors to complement warm tones throughout the home or painted white for a neutral colour palate. CS NewYorker aluminium glazed doors can be used for a more contemporary or industrial look. These glazed doors allow the division of space without compromising on light or continuity, allowing separation from the hustle and noise of the kitchen when needed. Sliding glazed partitions create the illusion of space without an open-plan layout.

The CS Barn Door Track provides a functional system for industrial style kitchens, able to support doors up to 300kg with lengths available up to 5.8 metres long. The track design is sleek with hidden wall fixings and has a black anodised finish that suits a traditional or contemporary look. SofStop kits are available for the Barn Track system, enabling soft open and close for doors up to 100kg.

CS Barn Door Track is a traditionally styled sliding door track system.

Suitable for internal applications where there is enough strength in the wall to side mount a track above an opening
The stud wall must be level and solid enough to support the door weight
Track bracket is adjustable to allow for different door and architrave thickness
This track is supplied with coach screws suitable for use with timber framing. For fixing to concrete walls, the use of masonry anchors is recommended

CS Cavity Sliders will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:

Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.1, B1.3.2 and B1.3.4. CS Cavity Sliders meet the requirements for loads arising from self-weight, earthquake, wind and impact [i.e. B1.3.3 [a], [f], [h] and [j]].
Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1 [a], not less than 50 years, [b], 15 years and [c], 5 years. CS Cavity Sliders meet these requirements.
Clause F2 Hazardous Building Materials: Performance F2.3.1. CS Cavity Sliders meet this requirement and will not present a health hazard to people.
