Blum's SERVO-DRIVE 'Touch to Open' Now Available for Integrated Appliances

Integrated fridges, freezers and dishwashers can now also be elegantly concealed behind fronts in minimalist handleless kitchens.

Blum's SERVO-DRIVE Flex opens fronts at a single touch from the user's hand, elbow or knee. This not only provides the ultimate in user convenience, but also allows minimalist designs to be completely handle free.

If the door has been opened unintentionally, the self-closing mechanism ensures that it closes automatically within a couple of seconds. This will prevent defrosting and food from spoiling. SERVO-DRIVE Flex also has a feature that stops the door from opening if the user just leans against it.

SERVO-DRIVE Flex received great praise at the highly regarded German design awards (2016). It was awarded a special mention in the kitchen category, along with TIP-ON BLUMOTION for LEGRABOX and the overhead lift system, AVENTOS HK-XS.
