New Christchurch Building Benefits from Efficient Shuttle Entrance Matting

As one of the first large commercial buildings to be completed post quake, this building helped stamp the look on the new face of Christchurch. The soft wavy lines of the spectacular façade emulate the wanderings of the Avon River it overlooks, and the floor to ceiling glass on the ground floor opens in summer to invite the elements in.

This natural environment creates a more liveable space for the tenants of the building but does add to the wear and tear on the flooring surfaces, hence there is a need for a very robust entrance matting system to keep the dirt, dust, grit and moisture at bay.

Advance Flooring was commissioned by Jasmax to protect the entrance to this fantastic facility which includes Deloitte's new offices. The obvious choice was 'Shuttle' which is not only highly efficient, but blends in and enhances the natural elements of the design.

Shuttle's patented modular design uses a low profile aluminium base with Zeno Protect Excellence poly-amide infill for maximum water absorbency. Shuttle can easily be rolled up from any direction for ease of cleaning and is capable of handling heavy rolling loads.

Shuttle's heavy-duty performance and intrinsic good looks make it the entrance matting system of choice in harsh environments. It has been designed and made in New Zealand for the country's unique climate.

Advance Flooring is a leading supplier of innovative commercial flooring and entrance mating systems servicing New Zealand, Australia and beyond.
