Introducing Louvretec’s new Slimline Range of Opening Roofs.

Slimline Roofs are available in four sizes.

Louvres feature a flat top and bottom, making them slimline, sleek & strong, both visually and functionally.

Key Features

The Slimline Roofs are available in four sizes, with 2 options also being Retract Roof compatible
180/30 Slimline Roof: Streamlined and neat. Perfect for smaller Opening Roof projects
200/35 Slimline Roof: Great spans - a fantastic 'go-to' option for medium sized Opening Roof projects
220/35 Slimline Roof: Blade height tapers to 35mm high and is Spiral Pivot and Retract Compatible
220/45 Alpine Roof: Designed for Alpine & exposed Coastal sites. This Louvre is also Spiral Pivot and Retract Roof Compatible.
220/45 Alpine Roof offers unprecedented spans up to 5000mm in ALL wind zones, including Very High
As the 220/35 Slimline Roof Louvre, & the 220/45 Alpine Roof Louvre are also Retract Roof compatible, it makes them ideal multi-roof projects
A tapering topside brings a bigger sense of openness when blades are rotated
Blades can rotate through up to 180 degrees
Designed, manufactured and installed right here in NZ by Louvretec

Scope of Use

For residential and commercial projects
Spans are affected by Wind Zones as set out in Louvretec's 2025 Design Manual

Limitations on Use

Any use outside of Louvretec's nominated Louvre spans for wind speeds over 55m/s as set out in the Louvretec 2025 Design Manual.
All Louvretec systems must be installed by Louvretec's in-house installers

In-Service History

Louvrecare is Louvretec's valet and maintenance division. Louvrecare 'Care and Maintenance Department' was established more than 15 years ago & exists to ensure your louvres remain in optimal condition.
