Laminex Laboratory Grade Compact is suitable for use in a range of applications, including shower and toilet cubicles, interior wall linings, tabletops, lockers, office furniture, laboratory workshops, kitchen cabinets and benchtops. 

Do not use abrasive or polishing materials. Both the decorative surface and homogenous core of Laminex Compact Laminates are impervious and resistant to most commonly used cleaning agents and disinfectants. The surfaces of Laminex Multipurpose Compact Laminate furniture can be easily cleaned with a dry or damp cloth and, if necessary, a mild household cleaner. Wipe damp surfaces with an absorbent cloth. High pressure water cleaning or steam cleaning of panels is not recommended.

Please note that darker colours will show scratches and superficial wear and tear more readily than lighter colours or lower gloss finishes.

Fire Group Classification: The Group Number Classification below was generated from tests carried out and data recorded in accordance with the test procedure described in ISO 5660 2002 – Reaction to Fire test – Part 1: Heat Release & Part 2: Smoke Production Rate, for the purposes of determination of the Group Classification in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code Verification Method C/VM2 Appendix A

Laminex HPL celebrated its 80^th anniversary in 2014 and has been available in New Zealand since 2002.  Laminex Compact is marketed and distributed in New Zealand by Laminex New Zealand and is a regular feature in toilet partitioning and other applications.
