SoundDown Solo Acoustic Intertenancy Floor System for Lightweight Structures
Description

SoundDown Solo is a simple to install, acoustic and fire rated system that ensures adequate sound attenuation between tenancies. Its simplicity makes it an affordable option for housing developments whilst still achieving New Zealand building code.

The system provides an STC rating of 65 dB, an IIC rating of 56 dB and incorporates a 60/60/60 fire rated ceiling; the floor structure is excluded from the fire cell. SoundDown Solo is installed over a timber or lightweight steel floor structure.
