Description

Triton Hygiene 25™ is a New Zealand made, 'soft' fibre ceiling panel with anti-microbial finish, designed to provide high sound absorption in hygiene sensitive areas.

Manufactured from smooth anti-microbial coated Sonatex™ composite facer panel laminated to a 48 kg/m³ bio-soluble glass fibre absorber. Optional foil backed.

Smooth anti-microbial facing is easy to wipe clean
Provides very good sound absorption from 250 - 2000 Hz, NRC 0.90, ISO 11654 class A, αW 0.90(LM). Helps reduce back ground noise and reverberation
Fire Group 2-S
Made in NZ, short lead times including replacement parts
Product stewardship renew and reuse program available
Packaging take back and reuse scheme available
Green Tag Certified level B, low VOC, core contains 80% recycled post consumer waste glass
Durable and dimensionally stable in high humidity

Scope of Use

Triton Hygiene 25™ is ideal for cafes, restaurants, school food tech rooms, medical/dental centres and pharmaceutical areas for the control of background noise levels and reverberation times.

Limitations on Use

Not for exterior use
Installation shall not commence until the building is watertight and dry
Light fittings shall be independently supported
Backloading max. 1.5 kg/m², point loads shall be independently supported
Max 99% R/H at 45°C
Use hold down clips in areas for seismic or wind uplift
Not for air return plenums
