Description

Triton 100™ is a New Zealand made 100mm thick high performance acoustic and R3.0 thermal insulating ceiling panel.

Panels are available in a wide range of decorative finishes and is designed to provide exceptional broad band sound absorption from low, mid to high frequency.

Manufactured in New Zealand from 48 kg/m³ bio-soluble glass wool absorber, 320gsm Sonatex™ acoustic laminate finish.

Scope of Use

Triton 100™ is ideal for thermal and acoustic upgrade of class rooms, halls and applications that require control of low frequency reverberation such as music rooms, recording studios, audiology testing rooms.

Suitable for fire exit way and all other sprinklered & non sprinklered buildings

Limitations on Use
  • Not for exterior use
  • Installation shall not commence until the building is watertight and dry
  • Light fittings shall be independently supported
  • Backloading max. 1.5 kg/m², point loads shall be independently supported
  • Max 99% R/H at 45°C
  • Use hold down clips in areas for seismic or wind uplift
  • Not for air return plenums
  • For 1200 x 2400 mm panels use DXW wide faced grid.
Statement of Building Code Compliance
  • Fire Reaction — NZBC verification method C/VM2 material group number: 1-S. Suitable for fire exit way and all other sprinklered & non sprinklered buildings
  • Clause B2 — durability, 5 years
