Description

Logicwall is a permanent formwork system designed for use in multi-residential buildings such as apartments, terraced houses, retirement villages, and more. Logicwall consists of a steel stud frame with CSR fibre cement sheets bonded to each side of the studs, creating a panel that can be hand installed onsite and core-filled with concrete. Logicwall is available in thicknesses of 120mm, 150mm, 162mm, 200mm, and 262mm.

Scope of Use

Logicwall is designed for use in multi-residential buildings such as apartments, terraced housing, retirement villages, motels and hotels.

Logicwall can be used to replace any concrete or masonry wall. However, the benefits are mostly realised when used in the following:

Intertenancy walls
Corridor walls
Lift and stair shafts

Limitations on Use

Logicwall is not a waterproof system, therefore, suitable waterproofing will be needed when using it as a retaining wall or exterior wall
It is also not a cladding system — requires acrylic render or rainscreen to comply with E2
Thermal capabilities do not meet code so additional insulation will be required when the Logicwall is used in an exterior wall
