Open Viewing of Steel Framed House in Paremoremo

Innovative company Durawall are hosting an open home to view the structural solution for a stunning architecturally designed two-storey house in Auckland’s Paremoremo on the North Shore.

The house is a unique example of weathertightness, durability, insulation, as well as cost and design flexibility when using steel framing in Durawall’s pre-fabricated, pre-insulated concrete panel system.

Durawall utilises AXXIS Steel, a product supplied by New Zealand Steel and widely recognised for its durability, strength, dimensional accuracy and low allergenic properties.

AXXIS Steel has also been used in the internal walls and trusses.

The viewing is open to architects, designers and members of the public on Friday 14 May (2-5pm) and Saturday 15 May (12-4pm).
