ZeroE is manufactured using state-of-the-art Dieffenbacher equipment from Germany to produce high-quality panels by recycling alternative agricultural waste materials such as rice straw, wheat straw, reeds and trimmed fruit branches. In the past, straw was burned in large quantities in the fields, especially in less industrially developed regions.

ZeroE is Formaldehyde Free using MDI adhesives, rather than Formaldehyde-based glue systems used in the manufacturing of MDF and Particle Board. The Non-Formaldehyde Adhesive glue system creates a superior bond compared to Urea Formaldehyde glue systems, providing ZeroE with better moisture resistance, structural integrity and dimensional stability.
